New Version 10.1/10.2 Features/Upgrades

Note: The IntelliGolf for the Blackberry "version 10.x" software has been discontinued in favor of the newer IntelliGolf "version 11.x" software for the Blackberry.

  • IntelliGolf "version 10.2" software users continue to enjoy free access/use of the IntelliGolf course database. Version 10.2 is required.

  • Blackberry: Significant engineering upgrades to better support "touch screens" (i.e. bigger soft keys, button sequences, etc) for RIM's version 5.x and version 6.x operating systems.

  • Blackberry: Support for RIM's version 4.5 (and before) operating system has been discontinued.

  • Nokia: Significant engineering upgrades to better support "touch screens" (i.e. bigger soft keys, button sequences, etc) on Series 60-based smartphones (e.g. C6, C7, X6, N8, etc).

  • Nokia: Signing Certificate requirements have been removed from IntelliGolf making it easier to install/use on Nokia Series 60-based smartphones.

  • Other useability and design enhancements as requested by fellow IntelliGolfers.

  • All of the version 10.x features listed below.

    New Version 10.0 Features/Upgrades

  • For all platforms and products, the IntelliGolf version 10.x software provides FREE access to the IntelliGolf version 10.x golf course database and FREE use of our IntelliGolf Course Survey Editor (CSE) software. The latest CSE software will allow you to GPS your favorite courses from the comfort of your own home on your Windows-based PC. Other companies charge $19.95 per course download or up to $59.95 in annual subscription fees for access to their course databases. This savings alone pays for your upgrade purchase.   • The Eagle, Birdie, Eagle Upgrade, and Birdie Upgrades include major engineering upgrades to support "synchronization" in Blackberry-based smartphones running RIM's latest version 5.x and version 6.x operating systems.

  • The Eagle, Birdie, Eagle GPS Option, Eagle Value edition, Birdie Upgrade, and Eagle Upgrades editions include major engineering upgrades to better support touch screens, the trackball, the trackpad, the menus key, etc., in Blackberry-based smartphones runing RIM's latest version 5.x and version 6.x operating systems.

  • The Eagle, Birdie, Eagle GPS Option, Eagle Value edition, Birdie Upgrade, and Eagle Upgrades editions include major engineering upgrades to better support Nokia-based smartphones with touch screens (e.g. C6, C7, X6, N8, etc).

  • The Eagle, Birdie, Eagle Upgrade, and Birdie Upgrades include major engineering upgrades to better support "synchronization" in Nokia-based smartphones running Nokia's latest smartphone operating systems and Nokia's PC Suite and Ovi Suite.

  • The Eagle, Birdie, Eagle Upgrade, and Birdie Upgrades include major engineering upgrades to better support "synchronization" and "new features" in Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs (w/touch screens) and Smartphones (without touch screens) running Microsoft's Windows Mobile version 5.x and version 6.x device operating systems.

  • The Eagle, Eagle GPS Option, Eagle Value edition, and Eagle Upgrades all provide broader-based GPS chip support providing improved accuracy and distance determination.

  • Thawte signing certificate compatibility to for enhanced security and piece-of-mind.

  • Other useability and design enhancements as requested by fellow IntelliGolfers.

    In addition, when IntelliGolf, Inc., begins shipping its Android, iPhone, and Windows 7 compatible versions of the IntelliGolf software, IntelliGolf version "10" customers will be provided with significant discounts when/if they switch to these new platforms. As such, you will save money now by upgrading to IntelliGolf version 10 and will save money later when switching platforms.

    Note: Once you have purchased or upgraded into the version 10.x series of IntelliGolf software, all future "in-revision" version 10.x updates for your same product and same platform will be FREE to you (e.g. v10.1, 10.2, etc). As such, there is no better time than today to get IntelliGolf version 10.x. That way, you'll get the most for your money!
